**Key Responsibilities:**

- Create and edit high-quality videos and photographs for property listings and marketing materials.

- Manage social media platforms and develop trending content to enhance our online presence.

- Produce engaging visual content.

- Utilize various design software and tools to enhance video and photo quality.

- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in videography and photography, preferably within the real estate sector.

- Experience in managing social media platforms and creating trending content.

- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

- Strong understanding of video editing and graphic design principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.

- Must be located in Dubai and available for immediate joining.
