Videographer (Short-Term Documentary Project)

Rebels for Peace is seeking a passionate and skilled Videographer to support the production of the Rebel UP Documentary: a 7-part documentary series highlighting powerful stories of youth leadership, mental health, and community impact.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven project while working closely with a collaborative leadership team and an experienced film director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film documentary-style footage for the Rebel UP series
  • Capture high-quality video content in alignment with the creative direction
  • Perform initial video editing for each of the 7 documentary episodes
  • Collaborate directly with the leadership team and film director to shape storytelling
  • Organize and manage footage and media assets

Schedule & Commitment

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Some weeks may require additional hours depending on filming schedule and deadlines

Duration

  • Short-term contract ending June 30, 2026
  • Potential for extension into a part-time or full-time role based on performance and project needs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing (documentary experience preferred)
  • Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for social impact, youth development, or community storytelling is a plus

Pay: $22.00 per hour
