We are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. Job Summary:

As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging short-form content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed), Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos and images that reflect the Medical Village brand and highlight the beauty of aesthetic treatments and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and Feed posts
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, clinic ambiance, testimonials, and team activities
• Edit videos using tools such as CapCut (preferred), Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• Write compelling short-form scripts, captions, hooks, and video descriptions
• Collaborate with medical staff and patients to create authentic and educational content
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of scheduled posts
• Format content appropriately for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Stay on top of social media trends, visual styles, and trending sounds

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Videography

• Strong understanding of lighting for facial aesthetics and skin treatments
• Skilled in portrait shooting, framing, cinematic angles, and camera movements
• Experience filming high-quality vertical content for Reels and Stories

Photography

• Proficient in close-up photography for face, skin, and hair treatment results
• Ability to take consistent Before & After photos with proper lighting and positioning
• Experience using manual camera settings (ISO, aperture, shutter speed)
• Skilled in editing with Lightroom, Snapseed, or similar tools

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Proficiency in editing software: CapCut (preferred), Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, InShot, VN, or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to add sound effects, text overlays, transitions, and music
• Comfortable syncing videos with trending audio and creating engaging, fast-paced edits

Social Media Knowledge

• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and Feed post dynamics
• Familiarity with Instagram’s algorithm and use of trending sounds, hashtags, and formats
• Experience formatting content for Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Knowledge of platform-specific aspect ratios: 9:16 (vertical), 1:1 (square), 16:9 (horizontal)

Soft Skills

• Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling ability
• Fast execution with a high attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting professionally with patients and clinic staff during filming
• Fluent in English; excellent communication skills
• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and beauty industry trends
