Aviation X Aircraft Interiors, LLC is a fast-growing company that specializes in custom aircraft interior refurbishments. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Videographer & Social Media Manager to help us showcase our projects, process, and company culture—primarily through high-quality YouTube content.

Job Description:
The main focus of this role is filming and producing engaging YouTube videos centered around aircraft interiors, behind-the-scenes work, and client testimonials. You will also support our overall social media presence across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit YouTube videos highlighting our aviation projects and day-to-day operations
• Capture high-quality footage (b-roll, interviews, time-lapses, etc.) in shop and hangar environments
• Manage our YouTube channel, including thumbnails, titles, posting schedules, and analytics
• Create supplemental content for Instagram and Facebook
• Develop creative content concepts aligned with our brand and audience
• Organize and maintain all video files, equipment, and media assets
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and engaging storytelling

Requirements:

• Proven videography and video-editing experience
• Strong proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Comfortable filming in shop/hangar environments
• Knowledge of YouTube content strategy and social media best practices
• Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual branding
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (but not required)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and agree to regular/random drug testing throughout employment

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays (half-day)
