Videographer – Social Media & Podcast Production

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE | Full-Time

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer who can shoot high-quality short-form content for social media, podcast videos, and branded reels. The ideal candidate understands lighting, framing, storytelling, and modern production trends — and can take creative ownership from concept to final output.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality vertical & horizontal videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and short-form platforms.

Film podcast episodes (multi-camera setup preferred).

Set up and control lighting, audio, and professional video equipment.

Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and execute engaging ideas.

Create shot lists, framing suggestions, and creative direction for each project.

Ensure consistent visual branding across all content.

Stay updated with trends in social media video styles, reels, transitions, and storytelling.

Manage raw footage, organize files, and support editors with clean, usable material.

Requirements

Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of lighting setups for indoor & outdoor shoots.

Knowledge of podcast recording setups, camera switching, and audio quality.

Ability to operate professional cameras, lenses, stabilizers, microphones, and lighting kits.

Creative thinker with the ability to visualize a concept and bring it to life.

Strong sense of composition, pacing, and storytelling.

Ability to work independently and manage on-site shoots.

Experience in video editing softwares like Premiere/Final Cut/CapCut.

UAE driving license is a plus

Preferred Skills

Experience in shooting real estate, lifestyle, or commercial brand content.

Familiarity with trendy social media aesthetics and transitions.

Ability to direct talent/clients during shoots for the best output.

Quick problem-solving during shoots (lighting, framing, noise control, etc.).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
