Videographer / Social Media Responsible

What you’ll do as a Social Media Specialist:

You’ll be the person who plans and runs our social media game — creating and sharing content every day that grabs attention and gets people talking. You’ll keep our profiles looking sharp on all the platforms, keep an eye on what people are saying, and jump in to keep things positive and helpful. You’ll also dig into the data to see what’s working and work with other teams like sales and customer service to make sure we’re all on the same page.

We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Specialist to connect with online communities and users in a real way. Your goal is to boost engagement, build trust, drive people to our website, and help grow our sales by smartly using social media.

You should really know how different social platforms work and how to make content that people want to like, comment on, and share.

As a face of our brand, you’ll join conversations, casually share our products or services, and help out both current and future customers. Your social media skills will be key to reaching our goals and building strong connections with our audience.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Creating and running social media strategies by researching competitors, picking the best platforms, figuring out the right messages, and knowing who to target
• Making, editing, and posting daily content — from text and images to videos and more — that connects with people and encourages them to engage
• Setting up and optimizing our company profiles on different platforms so more people see our content
• Moderating comments and posts from users, keeping things positive and following our guidelines
• Tracking social media stats, learning from the data, and making improvements based on what you find
• Working closely with other teams (like sales and customer service) to manage our reputation and coordinate efforts

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Great skills in consulting, writing, editing photos/videos/text, presenting, and communicating
• Hands-on experience with social networks and social media analytics tools
• A positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask and stay organized
• Proficient in English
