Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Videographer to join our in-house production team.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical expertise, capable of filming commercials, brand videos, and digital campaigns that align with INNOVEX’s signature high-end visual style.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Head of Production, and Head of Post-Production — capturing content that transitions seamlessly into editing and post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and produce high-quality video content, including commercials, brand videos, events, and social media campaigns.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, stabilizers, and lighting equipment confidently on set and on location.
• Collaborate with the creative and post-production teams to understand storyboards, shot lists, and desired outcomes.
• Participate in pre-production planning, contributing ideas on framing, lighting, and creative direction.
• Maintain excellent camera composition, lighting balance, and color accuracy to ensure consistency with brand visuals.
• Manage equipment setup, lighting configuration, and on-set coordination for efficient shooting.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and B-roll footage when required for marketing or social content.
• Ensure all footage is backed up, organized, and transferred properly to the post-production team via Google Drive.
• Stay updated with cinematography trends, camera technology, and shooting techniques.
• Maintain and take care of agency-owned equipment, reporting any technical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a videographer or cinematographer.
• Strong technical skills with DSLRs, mirrorless, cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, or Blackmagic), stabilizers, and lighting gear.
• Understanding of DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro for basic editing and footage review.
• Experience working on commercial or lifestyle productions (luxury, real estate, automotive, fashion preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lighting techniques, camera movement, and storytelling through visuals.
• Familiarity with AI-based video tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Sora, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Full-Time, In-House (Dubai)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UAE Time)
• Working Days (alternating cycle):
• Week 1 → 5 working days
• Week 2 → 6 working days
• Then repeats (5 / 6 / 5 / 6 pattern)
