About the Role

We’re looking for a creative soul who loves bringing ideas to life through video.

As our Short-Form Video Editor, you’ll be the person behind the lens and the final cut — capturing content on-site and transforming it into scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and Shorts that make people pause, watch, and double-tap.

You’ll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to shoot real, authentic, and aesthetic content for some of Dubai’s coolest brands in F&B, real estate, and lifestyle.

What You’ll Do

• Head out to client locations to shoot high-quality short-form content (think cafes, events, product shoots.. all the fun stuff!)
• Edit your clips into polished, trending videos that align with each brand’s vibe and tone
• Keep up with social trends, transitions, sounds, and hooks that actually convert
• Collaborate with the Clover team to plan and brainstorm creative video concepts
• Manage and organize your footage for smooth project delivery

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve got solid experience shooting and editing short-form videos (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• You know your way around CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
• You understand lighting, framing, and what makes content visually satisfying
• You’re creative, adaptable, and not afraid to try new styles or experiment with trends
• You can work independently, travel for shoots, and meet deadlines

Bonus Points If You

• Have a knack for photography
• Love creating transitions and adding motion graphics
• Have previous experience in F&B, lifestyle, or real estate content

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
