About Us:
Stability Properties L.L.C. is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan and secondary markets. We are looking for a talented Videographer & Editor to join our team and create high-quality bilingual (Arabic & English) video content for property listings, campaigns, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit video content for property listings, campaigns, and social media.
• Create bilingual (Arabic & English) video content including subtitles, overlays, and graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver engaging content.
• Shoot lifestyle videos, interviews, and promotional material.
• Add motion graphics, text, sound, and transitions.
• Organize and manage video assets for timely delivery.
• Keep up to date with content and editing trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor (real estate experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Skilled in professional cameras, stabilizers, drones, and lighting.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to create bilingual video content.
• Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and composition.
• Knowledge of sound editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Videography/photography experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).
