We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in shooting high-quality content and editing videos that align with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot high-quality videos for marketing, social media, events, and property tours.
• Edit videos with smooth transitions, sound design, color correction, and professional finishing.
• Plan and execute video concepts, storyboards, and scripts when required.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to produce engaging and impactful content.
• Manage video equipment and ensure all footage is properly organized.
• Deliver videos within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer and editor.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of lighting, framing, color grading, and sound.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Experience in real estate videography is an advantage.
