Videographer / Video Editor

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor & Videographer who understands how to shoot and edit high-impact reels that stop the scroll and drive engagement.

This role is not about long corporate videos — it’s about short, sharp, high-conversion content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, especially in real estate, lifestyle, and personal-brand content.

Key Responsibilities

Videography (On-ground):

• Shoot short-form videos and reels (property walk-throughs, talking-head videos, lifestyle shots)
• Handle camera framing, lighting, and audio for reels-style content
• Capture b-rolls, transitions, and cinematic shots suitable for vertical formats
• Work closely with presenters / hosts during shoots

Video Editing:

• Edit reels and short videos (30–60 seconds) optimized for Instagram, YouTube Shorts & TikTok
• Add subtitles, captions, motion text, sound effects, and transitions
• Maintain fast pacing, strong hooks, and clean storytelling
• Optimize videos for engagement, retention, and watch time
• Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of reels culture & trends
• Experience editing vertical videos (9:16)
• Ability to think creatively and suggest content ideas
• Good sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, content-heavy environment
• Experience in real estate / lifestyle / influencer content is a plus

Tools & Skills

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with CapCut / After Effects is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of color correction and sound balancing
• Familiarity with Instagram & YouTube algorithms preferred

• Deliver high-quality reels consistently
• Meet quick turnaround times
• Maintain brand tone and visual consistency
• Continuously improve engagement metrics (views, retention, saves)
