Videographer + Video Editor

Job Description:

Jaji’s Innovation Pvt. Ltd. – one of Kerala’s leading lifestyle and beauty brands – is seeking a highly creative Videographer + Editor to join our in-house media team at Kollam.

You’ll be responsible for conceptualising, filming, and editing high-quality video content for our salons, cafés, fashion shoots, events, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot professional videos (product promos, interviews, BTS, events, etc.)
• Edit engaging and aesthetic content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and ads
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams for campaigns
• Maintain equipment and manage footage backups
• Keep up with the latest trends in visual storytelling and digital marketing

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Hands-on experience with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras
• Strong storytelling and visual sense
• Basic colour grading and audio editing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Film, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freelance/project-based also considered)
• Portfolio of previous work is mandatory
