Videographer / Video Editor

Position and Duties

The Employee is employed as a Videographer/ Video Editor, reporting to the Managing Partner or such other supervisor as designated by the Employer. The Employee agrees to:

• Work with the material given to create the output that is required.
• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photos and video content for marketing campaigns, corporate videos, social media, events, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand video requirements and creative direction.
• Direct staff/ models during the shoots as well as manage on-location and in-studio shoots, ensuring high production standards.
• Set up and manage lighting (studio lights, soft boxes, ambient lighting), microphones and other production equipment.
• Maintain clear organization of raw files and completed deliverables.
• Editing high-quality visual content, and post-production software (like Adobe Suite) to bring creative visions to life for various projects.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual quality.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content while maintaining quality.

Monthly Deliverables

• 30-40 Reels across platforms
• Length: 15 seconds - 1 minute
• Up to date listing posts

Requirements

• Employee should be flexible with regards to work timing.
• Preferably own a professional camera suitable for photo/ video work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing videography/ photography.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Confident working with lighting, framing and visual and visual composition.
• Great directing skills (comfortable guiding people during shoots).
• Good understanding of trending formats and modern social media styles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• English level: Upper Intermediate minimum.
• Driving license - Mandatory
• Nationality: No preference.
• Gender: Male
• Organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced content environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation
• Valid UAE driving license
