Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Candidate will work on the company, its internal brands, sister concerns and on clients projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience capturing raw footage (camera operation, lighting, audio) and transforms it into polished, engaging content.
• Command on editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects).
• Strong understanding of short-form storytelling and viewer retention
• Must be using AI Video Editing tools in this work and up to date with latest trends.
• Experience with captions, presets, templates, and sound design
• Have excellent understanding of script reading
• Experience editing business, wedding, motivational, or podcast content
• Familiarity with viral content trends and social media storytelling
• Edit talking-head, podcast, and social media content into engaging short-form videos
• Add captions, animated text, motion graphics, and visual effects
• Apply jump cuts, zoom-ins, pacing adjustments, and dynamic framing
• Incorporate b-roll, sound effects, music, and relevant memes
• Maintain consistent brand style and platform-optimized layouts
• Export videos correctly for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality

Pay: Rs100,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Videography / Video Editing: 5 years (Required)
