About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Videographer / Video Editor / Content Creator to produce both high-volume social content and elevated brand visuals across a portfolio of lifestyle-driven businesses.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that great content is a balance of:

• Speed + consistency (iPhone content)
• Quality + storytelling (professional camera work)

You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and executing content that drives engagement, builds brand identity, and supports overall marketing efforts.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on creative role where you will:

• Capture content in real-time at events, pop-ups, and daily operations
• Edit high-performing short-form video content
• Produce polished, cinematic content for campaigns and brand assets

We are looking for someone who can confidently own the full content cycle—from idea to execution to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

iPhone Content Creation

• Capture daily, real-time content using iPhone for platforms like:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Facebook
• Film Reels, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content
• Quickly edit and turn around content for timely posting
• Stay on top of trends, hooks, and viral formats

Professional Videography

• Shoot high-quality video using professional camera equipment for:
• Brand campaigns
• Event recaps
• Website and promotional content
• Capture cinematic footage with strong composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Assist in planning and executing structured content shoots

Video Editing

• Edit both fast-paced social content and polished brand videos
• Add captions, transitions, music, and motion elements
• Repurpose content into multiple formats across platforms
• Maintain a consistent visual style across brands

Creative Direction & Strategy

• Collaborate on content ideas, shoot concepts, and campaign direction
• Contribute to the overall visual identity and storytelling of each brand
• Understand what content performs—and create more of it

Organization & Workflow

• Manage content files, footage, and editing workflow
• Stay organized across multiple brands and projects
• Meet deadlines and maintain a consistent content output

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in videography, editing, or content creation
• Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
• Ability to shoot high-quality content with both iPhone and professional camera equipment
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends and social media performance
• Creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
