Videographer / Video Editor (Dubai Real Estate)

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Video Editor to produce compelling video and photo content that enhances our brand image and helps drive property sales. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos and photos for property listings, marketing campaigns, and social media. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create visually appealing content that attracts and engages our audience.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit videos for property listings, walkthroughs, agent branding, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of interiors and exteriors of properties.
• Edit videos for web, advertising, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging contents like reels & podcast optimized for digital and social media use.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts and content strategies.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and delivered on time.
• Manage and organize video and photo archives.

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor in the real estate industry.
• Real Estate Background is Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and Lightroom / Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, framing, and composition.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.

Bonus Points For:

• UAE Driving License.
• Experience in social media content creation and marketing.
