Videographer & Video Editor (On-site | UAE)

We’re Hiring: Videographer & Video Editor (Mid-Level) – La Cima Production Studio

La Cima Production Studio is looking for a talented Videographer + Video Editor to join our team in Dubai.

This is a permanent, on-site role with a strong focus on VIDEO EDITING (main responsibility), with occasional videography work as needed.

Job Details

• Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

• Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

• Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month (starting)

Main Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Ads, Event Highlights, Corporate, Social)

• Create fast-paced, engaging social media content

• Color correction, sound design, subtitles, and basic motion graphics

• Optimize videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & ads

• Support occasional videography shoots when required

• Integrate AI tools into editing workflow for faster, smarter production

Requirements

• Strong expertise in video editing (main priority)

• Good understanding of videography fundamentals

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)

• After Effects knowledge is a plus

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects

AI & Tech Knowledge (Highly Preferred)

• Experience with AI video generation tools such as:

- Higgsfield

- Kling 3.0

- Gemini 3.0

- Other AI-assisted video tools

• Understanding of AI prompting and AI-directed visual workflows

• Ability to combine AI-generated content with traditional editing
