Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit professional property videos, walkthroughs, and high-resolution photos for real estate marketing.
• Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit raw footage and create engaging video content that reflects the company’s visual identity and enhances marketing efforts.
• Develop video ads, social media clips, and property showcase videos that align with real estate market trends.
• Ensure high-quality, professional standards are met with all video productions, from shooting to final edits.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques relevant to the real estate industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Must have professional experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in videography and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple video projects under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and buyer psychology is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video tools.
