The Role
We’re looking for a Videographer & Digital Content Specialist to bring Thermaltake’s vision to life across video and digital platforms. This isn’t just a behind-the-camera job—you’ll assist with end-to-end productions from creative concepting and shooting to editing and final publishing. You’ll also help shape content strategy, streamline workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver engaging, on-brand digital content.

This role is embedded within our in-house marketing team and works closely with product, sales, and leadership to ensure our visual storytelling is always one step ahead.

Note: This is an on-site position at our North American office and not eligible for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, shoot, light, and edit high-quality video content for web, ads, product launches, and social media.
  • Support visual storytelling across departments: product showcases, brand promos, campaign assets.
  • Edit content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including long-form and short-form video.
  • Create eye-catching video thumbnails and motion graphics (when needed).
  • Own and manage the video content calendar and project timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental needs and distribute final assets.
  • Contribute to brainstorming, campaign ideation, and creative pitches.
  • Stay up to date on content trends, social algorithms, and platform specs.
  • Assist with photography, livestream content, and special event coverage as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of video production experience in a professional setting.
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop. (DaVinci Resolve is a plus!)
  • Strong camera and lighting knowledge; can shoot solo or as part of a team.
  • Familiar with content specs and best practices for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.
  • Ability to create recaps of stream content produced as highlight reels.
  • Excellent time and project management skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with AI generated content using ChatGPT, Sora, Gemini or others.
  • Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with photography, livestreaming, PC hardware, or gaming.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating content tailored for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and gaming culture is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Familiarity with livestreaming setups and post-production workflows.
  • Solid file management and understanding of video formats and codecs.

Tools & Platforms We Use

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Teams, Discord (or similar project tools)

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Must be available to work and travel to events during evenings and weekends (company-covered).
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (e.g., PC systems, event equipment).
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
  • Office-based position in Walnut, CA—not remote.
