The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and versatile Videographer & Editor to become our in-house visual storyteller. You will be responsible for the entire video production process—from concept development and on-location shooting to masterful editing and final delivery. Your work will be the centrepiece of our marketing campaigns, directly impacting our brand visibility and sales success.

This is a unique role for a creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to see a direct link between their work and the company's growth. Your videos will be seen by thousands of potential buyers and will be instrumental in selling multi-million-dollar properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Production: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for various properties and brand campaigns.
• Production: Conduct high-quality on-location video and photo shoots of residential and commercial properties. This includes operating 4K cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Post-Production: Expertly edit footage to create engaging, polished final products. This includes color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless integration of music and voiceovers.
• Content Creation: Produce a variety of video content, including:

o Cinematic property tours

o Agent spotlight and brand videos

o social media ads and short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG, Snap Chats etc.)

o Neighborhood guides and market updates

• Asset Management: Organize, manage, and archive all video and photo assets.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor at least 1 year, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills (a real estate portfolio is a major plus).
• Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop).
• Experience operating professional cameras, drones, gimbals, and audio equipment.
• An eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
