What this role actually is
This is NOT a traditional videographer or content creator role.
You are NOT here to make perfect videos.

You are here to help produce a high volume of short-form content, fast.

We care about speed, execution, and getting as much done as possible in a session, not perfection.

What you’ll be doing

• Set up filming environment (lighting, angles, products ready)
• Help film a large amount of short-form content in fast-paced sessions
• Keep shoots moving quickly (no overthinking or slowing momentum)
• Do basic edits (CapCut-level)
• Organize drafts and assist with posting
• Prep products + simple content setups

What matters most

• Speed > perfection
• Execution > ideas
• Output > everything

• You like spending a long time on edits

• You overthink small details

• You move fast and like getting a lot done

What a typical day looks like

• Prep products + filming setup
• Film as much content as possible in a focused session
• Edit + organize content
• Repeat daily
