Position Summary

We are seeking a Videographer & Digital Designer to own both the visual design and video execution of digital-first marketing content for GK3 Capital and our clients.

This role is intentionally hybrid. You will be equally responsible for producing video content and designing high-quality digital assets that support brand storytelling, lead generation, and investor engagement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams while helping evolve GK3’s visual identity across platforms.

The ideal candidate is strong in both video production and digital design, understands how creative assets support marketing performance, and is excited to integrate AI-powered tools into creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities Video Production & Editing

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, educational content, and thought leadership
  • Produce short- and long-form videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and websites
  • Repurpose long-form video into short-form clips using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Opus Clips
  • Apply best practices for lighting, framing, color grading, audio, and pacing

Digital Design & Visual Branding

  • Design on-brand digital assets including:
  • Social media graphics
  • eBooks, white papers, and pitch materials
  • Email templates and marketing assets
  • Website and landing page visuals
  • Maintain and evolve visual consistency across all GK3 and client-facing content
  • Create templates and design systems to improve efficiency and scalability

Creative Collaboration & Innovation

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams from concept through execution
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma for design production and collaboration
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to support video editing, design creation, and content repurposing
  • Manage creative projects from concept through delivery while meeting brand and timeline requirements
  • Maintain organized libraries for video, photo, and design assets
  • Contribute new creative ideas to strengthen GK3’s digital storytelling and visual identity

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in videography, digital design, or multimedia production
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and design work across platforms
  • Proficiency with video tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Opus Clips
  • Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
  • Experience with Frame.io or similar video collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, YouTube Studio, Vimeo, or Wistia
  • Experience working within a project management software environment
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, lighting, color grading, and audio
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools for video, design, or automation
  • B2B design experience, preferably in financial services or professional marketing
  • Experience designing assets for marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot Video Metrics
  • Photography or sound design experience
