Ensure proper lighting, composition, and staging to highlight the property’s best features.
Conduct drone photography for aerial shots (if applicable and licensed).
Walkthrough videos that showcase space, flow, and design.
Use gimbals, sliders, and stabilizers for dynamic and polished footage.
Direct and stage shoots to reflect luxury and lifestyle appeal.
Edit photos and videos to professional standards using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
Add branding, music, captions, transitions, and effects to enhance visual storytelling.
Maintain quick turnaround times for edits.
Create short-form content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) optimized for social platforms.
Work with the marketing team to develop visually appealing campaigns.
Stay current on visual trends and viral formats.
Maintain and manage photography/videography gear (cameras, lenses, lights).
Ensure all equipment is in working order and updated with the latest software.
Coordinate with agents, property owners, and marketing teams to plan shoots.
Be punctual, organized, and flexible with shoot schedules and locations.
