Job Summary
Turrino Advertising is seeking a highly skilled and organized Videographer/photographer to join our production team. This is a dynamic role that requires a professional capable of handling high-end visual production from equipment setup through to a structured hand-off to our editing department.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can lead a shoot on-site, coordinate directly with clients, and manage the technical logistics of a professional agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Execution: Capture high-quality video and still photography for various agency projects, ensuring the creative vision of Turrino Advertising is met.
- On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact during shoots. You will be responsible for shoot coordination with both the client and the Department Head to ensure all requirements are captured.
- Equipment & Logistics: * Full responsibility for the charge, setup, and maintenance of all cameras and professional accessories.
- Safe transport of equipment to and from locations using the company-provided vehicle.
- Post-Shoot Data Management: * Organizing all raw files immediately after the shoot.
- Meta-tagging and filtering raw footage/images to ensure they are "editor-ready" for our post-production team.
- Technical Readiness: Ensuring the entire setup is prepped, packed, and ready for deployment at a moment's notice.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Driving License (Required): A valid license is mandatory as a company car will be provided for all professional travel.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of professional cameras, lighting rigs, audio gear, and stabilization accessories.
- Strong Communication: Must possess excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between the technical crew, the agency heads, and our clients.
- Asset Management Skills: Experience in file organization, metadata entry, and filtering "selects" to streamline the editing workflow.
- Showreel & Portfolio: A proven track record of both videography and photography work.

- Portfolio/Showreel: Applications without a portfolio or showreel will not be considered.
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be evaluated based on technical proficiency and agency-fit.
- Test Shoot: Once shortlisted, candidates will be required to participate in a test shoot to demonstrate their on-site coordination, technical setup speed, and visual style.
