Join our fast-paced agency based in Ephrata, PA (just north of Lancaster).

Agency experience or minimum of 2 years self-employed experience required.

We specialize in stellar promotional videos and architectural photography for small to medium sized businesses - primarily in the construction industry. Last year we did over 500+ photo/video shoots for client brand videos, customer testimonials, real estate photos and videos, team photos, and some events. We also have an ongoing social media program for select clients that requires shooting and editing anywhere from 3 to 20 videos per month per client depending on the retainer package. Mostly run and gun style - one-man shoots, sometimes a 2-person crew. You are expected to be competent in photo/video capture, lighting, sound, editing, and color correction with an friendly and confident personality.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality videos and photos
• Shoot and edit social media style short-form content
• Write and Direct brand videos, testimonials, and commercials based on the marketing needs of the client
• Plan and schedule shoots based on client needs and optimal weather/lighting (including sunrise and sunset shoots)
• Use and maintain equipment (cameras, lenses etc)
• Direct participants such as interview subjects or actors on sets
• Interact with clients to provide an awesome project experience
• Travel to shoots (typically within 75 mile radius) and edit in collaborative space
• Editing in multiple styles depending on the needs of the client (polished brand videos to fast-paced social media videos)

Skills

• Proven professional shooting experience
• Eye-catching portfolio
• Proficient with DSLR/Mirrorless or Cinema Camera equipment
• Drone experience and FAA License a plus, but willing to train
• Fast-learner, always improving, and a great work-ethic
• Friendly, humble, and professional body language
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Davinci Resolve, or other creative software
• Advanced Shooting, lighting, and audio skills
• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques including HDR, Flash, and Flambient techniques
• Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various applications
• Strong follow-through
• Ability to adhere to client deadlines and take responsibility
• Competent to handle projects from start to finish

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
