Videography Intern

First Community Credit Union (FCCU) is offering a nine-week, full-time (40 hr/week) paid internship opportunity based in Houston, TX, for an individual looking to pursue a career in Videography. This internship will begin 6/08/2026 and ends 8/07/2026.

As a member of the Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience understanding a wide range of digital marketing content and how to manage the production of creating multimedia content to drive business and target audiences to advance our organization’s practices. This will be done by working closely with the AVP of Digital Media to manage the pre-production, production, and post-production process of video to convey the story of First Community Credit Union. As your knowledge and experience expand you will have opportunities to assist with projects covering member education, internal company announcements, external marketing promotions, and social and product marketing. This role requires someone who is familiar with digital video applications in multimedia. The Marketing Videography Intern may also assist the Marketing department with collaboration surrounding the Marketing Department’s strategic goals.

The Marketing Interns will gain valuable knowledge regarding all aspects of the Marketing department at FCCU, provide support to management, and work with staff to support daily operations.

Requirements:

Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate level degree in Videography, Communications or related field of study

• Post-production video and motion graphics understanding
• Familiarity with digital video applications in multimedia
• Awareness of legal and ethical issues in video production
• Live-streaming tactics and new technology insight exposure

• Demonstrated skills in innovation and collaboration
• Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts both written and verbally
• Ability to get the job done according to the deadline
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
