Vineyard Equipment Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vineyard Equipment Operator to join our dynamic agricultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing a variety of farm machinery and heavy equipment essential for vineyard operations. Your expertise will help ensure efficient vineyard management, promote healthy plant growth, and support overall farm productivity. Duties

• Operate heavy machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and specialized vineyard equipment to perform tasks including spraying, planting, pruning, harvesting, and irrigation setup
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on farm machinery using hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and basic mechanical knowledge
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed for farm setup, equipment installation or repairs, and crop management

Requirements

• Proven experience operating farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, or other heavy equipment
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment using hand tools, power tools, welding skills, and basic math for measurements and calculations
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Basic understanding of farming principles related to agriculture production processes
