Vinyl Applicator/ Installer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vinyl Film Installer to lead our installation operations in UAE. This individual will play a key role in overseeing both residential and commercial fit-out projects, ensuring high quality standards, team productivity, and strict adherence to company procedures from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise installation teams on-site across a variety of projects.

Ensure precise application of self-adhesive vinyl film on different interior surfaces, including kitchens, wardrobes, walls, doors, and furnishings.

Maintain strict quality control across all works — finishing, alignment, edge work, and durability.

Enforce company SOPs and internal systems throughout project execution.

Plan and allocate manpower and resources for maximum productivity and minimal waste/loss.

Act as the main point of contact with site supervisors or clients during installation, providing updates and resolving any on-site issues.

Manage project timelines, ensure on-time delivery, and escalate challenges proactively.

Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all team members on-site.

Provide on-the-job training and upskilling to junior installers.

Handle both small-scale B2C projects (residential homes) and large-scale B2B projects (hotels, restaurants, retail chains).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
