Production Associate

‪Acerbos Wraps & Graphics - Medford, NJ

‪Growing company in Medford, NJ is seeking a detail oriented, Production Associate with experience designing, producing & Installing vehicle graphics, wraps, signs, wall graphics, and large format projects. We are looking for a full time candidate, but will consider part time depending on skill set and hours available. We offer all things printed, from vehicle, graphics/wraps to signs. We have been in business for over 45 years with consistent growth!

Applicant will be working directly with the design team in regards to the file set up and production of a variety of projects and jobs. Customer service is our number one goal.

‪ Requirements: Minimum 4 years in a professional design/production experience in a print or sign shop. 5+ years is preferred. – Do Not apply unless you have experience designing/producing signs, wall graphics, vehicle graphics and templating, and/or large format projects. You will need to have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and have the ability to travel out of town.

‪ Experience:

• ‪Prior vinyl and or digital graphic media experience a required
• ‪Prior experience using Flexi-sign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• ‪Prior experience using Versa Works
• ‪Prior experience using Roland Printers/Plotter
• ‪Prior experience with laminators
• ‪Prior experience with the ability to install vinyl graphics & wraps on vehicles, windows, walls, and other substrates.

Basic Duties:

• ‪Production -- PRIMARY FUNCTION is assisting Design Team to Produce Graphics
• ‪Maintain print queue for volume printing
• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30 LBS AND BE ON YOUR FEET ALL DAY!
• Set up Jobs for the Print Queue from the Design Team
• ‪Cutting, lamination, weeding and application of finished graphics to substrates
• ‪Proper use of media (vinyl, other substrates)
• ‪Proper use & knowledge of large format printers (Roland Preferred) & Plotters

Other Duties:

• Back up to helping customers, and doing job surveys for measurements of projects of site as needed
• Back up to ‪Design basic-to-advanced layouts in PC platform utilizing Flexi-sign, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Back up to Installation of Lettering Projects and Flat Sign Panel Application

Expectations

• QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY! Printing and production is done with an Eagle Eye and keen sense of overseeing any imperfections in the design and the printing process.
• ‪Application of cut vinyl to various substrates.
• ‪Vehicle wrap installation experience a plus.
• Understanding and being able to install window and vehicle graphics as needed.

• ‪Operate light hand tools, drills and saws.
• ‪Maintain media inventory (printable media, vinyl, substrates)
• ‪Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• ‪Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and with others in a cooperative, enthusiastic, friendly manner to accomplish position functions and participate in team efforts.
• ‪With minimal direction, daily production schedule is fulfilled in a competent and timely manner
• ‪Demonstrate ability / growing competence in all aspects of skills
• ‪Work area is clean and properly organized. WE DO NOT TOLERATE DISORGANIZATION
• ‪Communications with management, co-workers, customers and vendors are professional and courteous
• ‪Calm demeanor maintained despite occasional need to juggle many tasks
• ‪Good attendance record maintained
• ‪Ability to adhere and apply clearly defined policies and/or procedures, solve problems when clear choices exist, consult with supervisor when questions arise.
• ‪Deadlines are consistently met

This position requires a High school degree or GED.

‪ Hours

Looking for both Full and Part Time. Full Time preferred.

‪Available Monday-Friday daytime hours (hours between 8:00am and 4:30pm)
