Vinyl Production & Installation Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Vinyl Production & Installation Assistant to join our fast-growing team. In this full-time role, you will help produce and install a wide variety of custom signs, graphics, and visual branding solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality results, and is eager to learn new skills. While previous experience in sign production or graphic installation is preferred, we are happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vinyl plotters, large-format printers, and laminators
• Prepare, weed, mask, and finish vinyl graphics for production
• Assist with the installation of signs, decals, and large-format graphics
• Install a variety of materials, including:
• Cast and calendared vinyl
• Perforated window graphics
• Wall graphics
• Floor graphics
• Vehicle graphics and decals
• Other custom signage products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards and deadlines
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete production and installation tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sign production, vinyl installation, printing, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed
• Comfortable working both indoors and at installation sites
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
