VIP Client Acquisition Executive (Field) – Beauty/Aesthetics (Female)

We are hiring a confident female field executive to acquire new premium customers through partnerships with “Muses” (high-access connectors) such as salon managers, pilates/reformer trainers, bridal makeup artists, gym receptionists, community/compound admins, and boutique owners.
This is an outdoor/field role. Beauty experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and manage a network of partner “Muses” and premium locations
Generate qualified leads and coordinate bookings with the team
Daily field visits + WhatsApp/call follow-ups
Arrange simple activations (introductions, referral invites, mini-events)
Track performance in a simple CRM sheet (Partners → Leads → Booked → Attended)
Requirements
Female, presentable, confident, strong communication skills
Beauty/aesthetics experience preferred (salon/clinic/cosmetics/derma)
Relationship-builder with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable working in premium women-focused environments
Arabic required; English is a plus (depending on location)
KPIs
New partners recruited weekly
Active partners sending leads
Qualified leads generated
Bookings attended + conversion rate
Compensation Base salary + performance bonuses + commission (paid on attended bookings/sales, not just lead names).

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
