Main Activities and Responsibilities
These evergreen roles support VIP Hotel, FIFA Club, Guest Operations, and Leisure Program delivery for the FIFA World Cup 26™ across official Host Cities in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Final assignment(s) will be determined based on operational needs and candidate availability.
FIFA Club Assistant Manager - Role Overview
Reporting to the FIFA Club Manager, the FIFA Club Assistant Manager supports daily FIFA Club operations at assigned VIP Hotels, ensuring consistent service delivery, access control, and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

Support all FIFA Club operations, including desk services, F&B, entertainment, staffing, and access control

Implement Guest Management policies and procedures

Coordinate guest needs with Guest Operations, Guest Relations, and Executive Office

Maintain FIFA Club presentation and readiness throughout operations

Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records
FIFA Club Coordinator - Role Overview
Reporting to the VIP Hotel & Leisure Program Manager, the FIFA Club Coordinator supports frontline FIFA Club operations and guest services.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with guest greetings, access control, opening/closing duties, and services

Maintain awareness of FIFA Club offerings and daily schedules

Support discreet security awareness and guest familiarity

Coordinate guest needs with Transport, Accommodations, and Guest Relations

Guest Hotel GOP Assistant Manager - Role Overview
Reporting to the Guest Hotel Manager, the Guest Hotel GOP Assistant Manager supports hotel-based Guest Operations and VIP hospitality delivery during the tournament.
Key Responsibilities

Support Guest Hotel operations and integrated event delivery

Assist with implementation of V/VIP guest experience concepts

Act as secondary contact for infrastructure and guest experience issues

Guest Hotel GOP Manager - Role Overview
Reporting to Central Hotel Operations, the Guest Hotel GOP Manager leads Guest Operations delivery at assigned Guest Hotels.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee Guest Hotel operations and VIP hospitality programs

Serve as primary escalation point for infrastructure and guest issues

Manage suppliers, budgets, timelines, and risk

Leisure Program Coordinator - Role Overview
Reporting to the VIP Hotel & Leisure Program Manager, the Leisure Program Coordinator supports premium leisure activities for priority guest groups.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain oversight of leisure offerings, schedules, capacities, and itineraries

Enter and manage bookings within leisure systems

Coordinate with program providers on logistics and guest needs

Ensure service delivery aligns with Guest Operations standards

VIP Hotel Coordinator - Role Overview
Reporting to the VIP Hotel & Leisure Program Manager, the VIP Hotel Coordinator supports daily VIP Hotel guest services and operations.

Coordinate arrivals, departures, gifts, tickets, and package deliveries

Maintain awareness of hotel offerings and schedules

Welcome Desk Coordinator - Role Overview
Reporting to the VIP Hotel & Leisure Program Manager, the Welcome Desk Coordinator supports frontline guest engagement at VIP Hotels.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with guest arrivals, departures, ticket requests, and services

Your Profile
Education & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Sport Management, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications
-
Willingness to work non-standard hours, including nights and across time zones
Work Experience
Manager
-
5+ years in hospitality, guest operations, or event management
-
Experience managing end-to-end VIP/VVIP hospitality programs
Specialist
-
3+ years in guest operations, hospitality, or event delivery
-
Experience supporting large-scale or international events
Coordinator
-
2+ Years Hospitality and Guest Management Experience, with Operational Experience
-
Experience with reception, customer service, guest operations, and hospitality, as well as related event services; knowledge of its respective methodologies, planning and controlling tools

Experience supporting end-to-end V/VIP hospitality programs
Languages
-
Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
