Client located in Denver, Colorado is seeking a senior VIP Help Desk Technician for a contract position. This person will provide tier 1 and tier 2 support to internal users, including the C-suite. Excellent communication and customer service skills are extremely important.
Required :
-1 plus year of software and hardware support in a Microsoft environment.
-O365.
-Active Directory administration.
-MS Exchange troubleshooting / administration.
-SCCM.
-Autopilot / Intune.
-Endpoint device management experience.
-Outstanding communication and customer service.
Desired:
-ServiceNow experience.
-A/V equipment setup / support.
-Certifications.
-Cybersecurity.
