- About the Role

As a Viral Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for ideating, producing, and optimizing content that drives massive engagement and conversions. From short-form videos and reels to ad copy and landing page scripts, you’ll have the creative freedom to experiment, while collaborating with our design and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

Your goal? To create content that not only performs but goes viral.

- Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of engaging social media content (posts, short videos, reels scripts).
• Develop content plans and strategies to grow clients’ accounts.
• Write compelling landing page content, blogs, and ad copy.
• Research and leverage trending ideas to maximize reach.
• Use AI tools to boost creativity and speed.
• Optimize content for engagement, virality, and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketing, and operations teams.
• Manage scheduling and posting across platforms.

- What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in creating viral content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt content tone/style across different industries.
• Familiarity with social media trends, growth hacks, and engagement strategies.
• Comfortable using AI tools and project management platforms (Asana, Google Workspace, etc.).
• A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Weekly delivery of high-quality content pieces.
• Engagement Rate growth (likes, comments, shares).
• Number of viral pieces (30K+ reach) per month.
• Content deadlines consistently met.
• Client satisfaction scores (8+/10).

- Working Conditions

• Location: 100% Remote.
• Hours: Flexible (12 PM – 5 PM GMT+4).
• Tools: FunnelHits, AI content tools, social media platforms, Asana, Google Workspace.

• Competitive fixed salary.
