Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Working Hours: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Viral Content & Trend Specialist for Facebook. You’ll be responsible for finding, creating, and curating viral content that drives reach, engagement and revenue growth across our Facebook pages. You should have an eye for virality, understand what content resonates with audiences, and be hands-on in producing and designing posts that catch attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for viral trends, memes, formats, and hot topics to create highly engaging Facebook content.
• Curate and adapt viral content to suit page audiences while maintaining originality.
• Create and design content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, and other tools.
• Analyze performance data to identify patterns in viral content and replicate successful strategies.
• Stay updated with Facebook algorithm changes, trending content styles, and platform updates.
• Ensure all content complies with Facebook Community Standards and guidelines.
• Train or guide teams on best practices for viral content creation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media growth, content creation, or trend management.
• Proven experience in creating, managing, and growing viral Facebook content and pages.
• Strong creative sense and understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop for content creation and design.
• Quick to spot trends and adapt content accordingly.
