SportFX.ai is an AI-powered baseball biomechanics company. We measure real athlete movement frame-by-frame using computer vision — no guessing, no estimating. We work with pro teams, scouts, and players who want actual data on mechanics.

We need someone to make sure everyone in baseball knows we exist.

The Role

You're not a "social media manager." You're an operator who builds content distribution systems.

You'll be responsible for flooding every relevant platform with SportFX content — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X — using a mix of organic, UGC, and scaled distribution tactics. Think clipper networks, faceless slideshow content, pay-per-view UGC models, and automated reposting strategies.

If you've read the Cluely virality playbook, the Scratch AI TikTok strategy, or anything from the growth hacking underground and thought "I could set this up in a week" — this role is for you.

What You'll Actually Do

• Build and manage a network of clippers / reposters across TikTok, IG, and YouTube Shorts, paying per 1K views
• Create faceless content at scale — slideshows, listicles, short clips — targeting baseball players, coaches, and fans (e.g., "5 things MLB scouts look for in your swing")
• Source and manage cheap, hungry content creators internationally via DMs and freelance platforms
• Set up systems to produce 5-10+ pieces of content daily without you personally editing every one
• Track what's working, double down on winners, cut what's not
• Experiment with new distribution channels and growth loops constantly
• Coordinate with our team on raw content — podcast clips, product demos, behind-the-scenes footage — to feed the machine

What We're Looking For

• You've actually built or managed a content distribution system before (clipper army, UGC network, content farm, faceless accounts — something)
• You understand pay-per-performance models and how to structure them
• You're comfortable operating in gray areas — not everything we do will be textbook marketing
• You know how social media algorithms work at a tactical level, not just "post consistently"
• You're scrappy, fast, and biased toward action over strategy decks
• Baseball / sports knowledge is a plus but not required — the content formats are universal

Pay: $8,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
