Job Title: Social Media Content Creator (Reels & TikTok)

We’re looking for a creative, camera-confident Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form video and understands what makes content go viral. If you know how to turn ideas into high-engagement Reels and TikToks—and you’re comfortable being in front of the camera—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms
• Ideate, script, shoot, and present viral-style content
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, formats, and viral hooks
• Appear on camera confidently for brand and client content
• Develop content strategies focused on reach, engagement, and growth
• Edit videos for fast-paced, scroll-stopping performance
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team on campaigns
• Analyze performance and optimize content for virality

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content
• Strong understanding of TikTok & Reels algorithms, trends, and formats
• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Native or fluent in English and Arabic
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
• Basic to advanced video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Ability to work fast and adapt to trends quickly
• Portfolio or examples of previous work is a big plus

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with brands or agencies
• Knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies
• Photography or advanced video production skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
