New Realm Brewing Co. is looking for friendly, organized, and energetic Hosts/Hostesses to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. If you enjoy interacting with guests, working in a fun and fast-paced environment , and helping create memorable dining experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Our hosts play a key role in setting the tone for our guests’ experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and helping maintain smooth service throughout the restaurant.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage walk-in guests and reservations using Resy
• Answer phones with a professional and courteous demeanor
• Provide guests with accurate wait times and assist with seating flow
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming host stand and entrance area
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as needed
• Anticipate guest needs and address issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
• Support the service team to ensure an excellent guest experience

Experience

• Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• We welcome applicants who are new to the workforce and eager to learn
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods , interacting with guests frequently, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds. Team members may need to climb stairs and move quickly through the restaurant during busy service.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, you may be exposed to seasonal outdoor conditions when working with patio and beer garden seating areas. The restaurant environment is typically moderate to loud , especially during busy service or events.
