We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Salem, Oregon, United States. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day activities. The pay for this role is between $19 - $29 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be integral to our team's success. Your key duties will include:
 

  • Managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence for senior team members.
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performing data entry, managing databases, and maintaining accurate digital records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other company documents.
  • Providing general administrative support, including organising digital files and handling ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Supporting our creative and marketing teams with light administrative tasks.
  • Helping to streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency across the company.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
 

  • Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with online calendars, cloud storage systems, and other remote working tools.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A high degree of discretion and a professional approach to handling confidential information.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for contributing to a fun, creative environment.
