About the Company

SID Automation is an electronics sales company specialising in industrial electronics and automation components. We sell products internationally through eBay and other online platforms.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Lahore, Pakistan who can handle product research, image and SKU organisation, listings, inventory management, and order processing.

Job Overview

This is a technical e-commerce role, not just a generic virtual assistant position.

You will work with industrial electronic parts, requiring:

• Deep research on parts
• Accurate interpretation of technical data
• Strict SKU management
• Inventory management and order processing

Key Responsibilities

1.Product Research

Conduct deep research on the list of products provided

2.Track Purchase Orders

Track the purchases to the warehouse and verify:

• Correct part numbers
• Brand, Variants, revisions, etc
• Flag inconsistencies or missing information

3. Product & Image Handling

• Receive electronic parts data and product images
• Sort, rename, and organise images
• Create folders using SKU / part numbers
• Maintain structured digital records

4. Product Listings

• Create and publish accurate eBay and website listings
• Upload images in correct order
• Write clear, technical, and accurate titles & descriptions
• Ensure SKU, part no etc.

5.Inventory Management

• Maintain SKU-based inventory
• Update stock levels after sales
• Support inventory checks when required

6.Order Processing & Fulfilment Support

• Monitor sold items on eBay and website
• Generate shipping labels
• Forward labels and order details to the order fulfilment department
• Verify SKU and product match before dispatch

Mandatory Education Requirement

• Bachelor's degree is required in computer/IT related fields.
• Proven experience in e-commerce industry.
• Must be fluent in English.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong English reading & technical comprehension
• Ability to understand data sheets and technical documentation
• Comfortable in learning and using:

Sheets/Excel, inventory management and other online tools

Working Hours

10 AM to 5 PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time)/(GMT+10)

75,000 PKR.
