Ad Snipper is hiring an Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and operations team with daily administrative, coordination, and digital tasks. This role involves managing communication, scheduling, data handling, research, and basic design and social media support.

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Onsite)
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email inboxes (Office 365 & G Suite)
- Handle inbound and outbound communication via email and phone
- Perform cold emailing using tools like Instantly
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and set reminders
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and calls
- Enter and manage data in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM/GHL pipelines
- Conduct online research and lead scraping (LinkedIn, Apollo, Google Maps)
- Generate and manage invoices and documentation
- Create reports, documents, and presentations (Google Docs & Slides)
- Design basic creatives using Canva (posts, ads, logos)
- Assist with social media posting, scheduling, DMs, and comments
- Track tasks, maintain records, and provide basic team reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital tools
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
