  • Oversee the full project lifecycle for system implementation, including planning, testing, deployment, and user training.

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems design.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments and software (e.g., ERP, MRP, CRM) would be a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in database management and a working knowledge of SQL is desirable.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment that values quality and craftsmanship.
  • The chance to make a significant impact on the technological infrastructure of a leading custom millwork company.
