Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Assistant Manager (Remote)

Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month
Probation (First 4 Months): Rs. 15,000 per month
Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will work as an Assistant Manager to support our development team and ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills—especially fluent English—as the role involves regular communication with developers and clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Sheet Review & Quality Monitoring

• Review developers’ daily work sheets every day.
• Ensure tasks are being completed according to the assigned requirements.
• Identify mistakes, missing points, or deviations from the client's requirements.
• Provide timely feedback to developers to avoid revisions and prevent delays in project delivery.

2. Client Demo Videos

• Create clear and professional demo videos to showcase completed features and project updates to clients.
• Communicate confidently and fluently in English while explaining workflows and features.

3. Task Explanation Videos for Developers

• Record detailed task explanation videos based on client requirements.
• Clearly break down tasks so developers fully understand what needs to be built.

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory. Candidates without fluent English should not apply.
• No prior experience required—training will be provided.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to understand software tasks and explain them clearly.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to follow up consistently with the development team.
• Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Employment Details

• Remote position — work from home.
• Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month after probation.
• Probation: First 4 months at Rs. 15,000 per month.
