We are currently seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant that has experience with GrowthZone Association software.

*** What You’ll Be Doing ***

• Managing Memberships throughGrowthZone including handling onboarding/offboarding
• Managing member relationships and providing support
• Ongoing membership database management
• Clean up the database by adding industry and other relevant tags and information
• Coordinating logistics
• Membership Lead Generation
• Customer support
• Inbox management
• Research
• Assisting with Lead Generation & Outreach
• Documenting SOPs

*** What You Bring ***

• **Must have 1+ year of experience working with GrowthZone Association Software
• **Must have 1+ year of experience with an Email Marketing platform that utilizes segregating and/or tagging
• An analytical mindset that can look at situations and say what is working and what isn't and be able to back that up with data.
• A problem solver mentality and someone that is driven to find solutions for our clients. This isn’t a plug-and-play role.
• 5+ years of work experience across a variety of different types of businesses
• 5+ years experience working for startups
• A versatile skill set
• Someone who adapts to change easily and can manage and prioritize tasks
• Loves all things OPS!

*** Additional Details About the Role ***

• $5/hr USD
• Graveyard shift
