We’re looking for a Virtual Branch Representative who brings energy, empathy, and a sales mindset to every member interaction. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted financial partner, providing outstanding service while identifying opportunities to connect members with the right products and services to support their financial goals.

What You’ll Do (and Love Doing!)

As a key member of our Virtual Branch team, you’ll:

  • Deliver exceptional member experiences through phone, email, chat, and text, making every interaction welcoming, professional, and efficient.
  • Proactively identify, recommend, and cross-sell credit union products and services that best fit each member’s needs. Your conversations matter, and they help our members thrive!
  • Open and close accounts, process loan applications, order cards, complete stop payments, and support members with share accounts, IRAs, e-statements, and more.
  • Assist members with basic loan questions and remote access tools, helping them feel confident using digital services.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and texts with accuracy and urgency, responding to emails within 24 hours and chats/texts within 5 minutes.
  • Research and resolve member questions or concerns, ensuring thoughtful follow-up and complete satisfaction.
  • Continuously build your product knowledge so you can confidently offer solutions and contribute to the organization’s growth.
  • Represent our Credit Union’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

  • A high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally with sales or financial services exposure.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help, and sell, by understanding member needs.
  • Confidence using computers and systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • A results-driven mindset: you enjoy meeting goals, offering solutions, and contributing to team success.
  • Flexibility to work assigned schedules based on business needs.
