Requirements
What You'll Do:

Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via live chat

Provide helpful information on services, scheduling, and billing

Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism

Document all interactions accurately in our support system

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department

Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines

Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy

Comfortable managing multiple chats at once

Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
