Virtual Client Onboarding & Customer Success Manager (Part-Time | $15–$20/hour)

I'm looking for a Head of Customer Success who can help place clients with the right virtual assistant, lead client onboarding, manage interviews, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. This role pays $15–$20/hour.

About the Role:

This company is a virtual assistant placement agency that sources and places overseas talent into U.S.-based businesses, and they are looking to bring on a Client Onboarding & Customer Success Manager to help with onboarding clients, managing interviews, and ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.

You will act as the primary point of contact after a client signs, guiding them through onboarding, supporting their questions, and leading structured interview sessions. You will evaluate candidate pipelines, select top performers for final interviews, and ensure each client feels confident and satisfied throughout the hiring process.

This will all be remote

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and guide setup process
  • Lead structured group interviews with clients
  • Shortlist top 20% of candidates for final interviews
  • Manage interview logistics and candidate flow
  • Support clients with onboarding and hiring questions

Tools You Will Be Using:

  • Zoom for hosting onboarding and interviews
  • Fathom for recording all calls
  • Google Sheets for candidate tracking
  • Notion for organization
  • Calendly for scheduling calls

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
