Ability to work independently in a virtual environment

English: Fluent (written and spoken) - Mandatory

Hindi: Conversational to Fluent (Not mandatory)

Responsible For

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and online channels

Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer issues

Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record management

Maintain customer databases and internal documentation

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups

Additional Requirements
