Virtual Event Hosting Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Virtual Event Hosting Specialist serving as a key spokesperson by hosting online events and webinars for a global audience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses both technical digital marketing expertise and strong on-camera presentation skills. The Global Event Hosting component is a significant focus of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Event Host: Serve as the primary host and moderator for all company-sponsored online events, webinars, and virtual conferences.
• Content Delivery: Deliver engaging and professional presentations on industry topics, product features, and company news to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical Setup: Oversee the smooth technical execution of virtual events, including managing platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, Google Meet, other streaming services) and ensuring high-quality audio/video production.
• Audience Engagement: Facilitate live Q&A sessions, polls, and interactive segments to maximize attendee participation across different global time zones.
• Post-Event Follow-up: Coordinate the distribution of event recordings and follow-up materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
• Event Hosting Experience: Experience in hosting, moderating, or presenting in online professional environments (webinars, live streams, video content).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be articulate, charismatic, and comfortable speaking to a global audience.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple digital projects and event timelines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with different global time zones (NA,MENA, EU, ASIA).
• Basic understanding of live streaming best practices.
