Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Front Desk Receptionist or Calling Expert to handle patient communication, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our practice management software.
  • Manage and respond to patient emails and messages promptly.
  • Maintain and update patient records with accurate information.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor.

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)

Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Virtual / Work From Home / Remote
